This is a non-out-of-the-box software, different systems need different configurations, just edit the config.xml file in the %APPDATA%\PerfmonBar directory.
First, you need to get the system status parameters, open a command prompt and type.
typeperf -q > counters.txt
Then you will get a counters.txt file with all customizable content.

Just add each line of the counters.txt file to the config.xml file.

For such a highly customizable tool, you really need to be able to toss it around, after all, it doesn’t work out of the box ?
Then, you can open the Performance Monitor Toolbar in the taskbar toolbar.
